Middlehurst Road Race & Classic present this 1998/S registration, official UK specification Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 V-Spec (Series 3) finished in Sonic Silver (KR4) with grey cloth interior.

This is 1 of the 100 UK cars that we supplied new from our Nissan dealership (Middlehurst Motorsport). It has been owned by the previous owner since it was just 6 months old and is therefore remarkably still only a 2 owner car.

Middlehurst Motorsport were the only authorised dealer in the UK and supplied every single UK specification R33 and R34 GT-R, endorsed by Nissan Motor Company GB.

The differences between standard 'grey imports' and official UK specification examples are as follows: MPH speedometer cluster, 'E' marked halogen headlamps, 'E' marked glass, UK stereo head unit (Kenwood), Kenwood 6CD Autochanger, Thatcham category 1 alarm/immobiliser, modified engine ECU for EU fuels, engine oil cooler, differential cooler, gearbox cooler and transfer cooler with pumps developed by Nissan Motorsport (Nismo) Europe. They were also fully SVA tested (singly type approved) and had a unique front and rear bumper. The front bumper has engine oil cooler outlet (vent) on the passenger side, along with the inserts on the front bumper with built in indicators and sidelights.

We have a large history file present, with a fully stamped service book (every 6 months!) from brand new until 2008 when it was laid up. Since then it has been in dry storage after it had some major restoration work completed by ourselves in 2014/15, including two brand new genuine rear quarter panels, various bits of welding and a full glass out respray.

In November 2025, it has been freshly serviced, a R35 coil pack conversion, MOT'd and all the alloys have been refurbished, again by us. It is now on the button and ready to enjoy. Further restoration COULD be done on the underside and in the engine bay by the new owner if they wish (for example things like detailing the engine bay and re-doing the strut tops), but the good thing is that all of the MAJOR welding and restoration work has already been done.
